Terms of Service

Sajel is currently in beta. That means the service is provided as-is: features may change, occasionally break, or be removed as we improve the product. We work hard to keep things stable, but during beta we make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account: keep your password confidential, use accurate registration details, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by members you invite to your workspaces.

You agree not to use Sajel to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Store or distribute malicious software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other teams, such as automated bulk misuse.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, and where practical we will warn you first.

You own your data. The records, attachments, and configurations you create in Sajel remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, back up, and display that content to you and the people you share it with. You can export your records to CSV at any time.

During beta, service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high uptime and take backups seriously, but we do not yet offer a formal service level agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated when it affects you.

You can stop using Sajel at any time and delete your account and its data whenever you choose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the product or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Sajel after that means you accept the updated terms.
