My Work

See all your assigned tasks in one place, across every board.

What is My Work?

My Work is your personal task hub. It aggregates all records assigned to you across every workspace, base, and board into a single prioritized list, bucketed by due date: Overdue, Today, This week, and later.

No more switching between boards to find what you need to work on next.

How assignment works

My Work finds your tasks by looking at User Reference (and People) fields that represent an assignee. Fields named things like "Assignee", "Owner", or "Assigned to" are detected automatically.

To set it up explicitly:

Add a User Reference field

Add a field with type "User Reference" to your board.

Set the Assignee intent

In the field settings, set the intent to "Assignee". (Skip this if the field name already makes it obvious.)

Assign records

Select a user in the User Reference field for each record.

That's it: assigned records automatically appear in each user's My Work view.

Status fields work the same way. A Status field (or one with the "Status" intent) tells My Work which tasks count as done, so it can mark and hide completed work.

Features
